We want you to love your Sloppy Joe essentials, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
